  • Using Medical Film In Trial Exhibits in Court

Medical Film Trial Exhibits can be created from Dicom Film CDs or actual MRIs, CT Scans, Mammograms, Ultrasounds, Panorex or Periapical films.  Our state-of-the-art, high resolution digitization process (for films) creates images that reproduce every subtle grayscale nuance resulting in a sharper and truer exhibit that comes close to the original.  This process is especially critical in the reproduction and enlargement of mammograms.  No other scan or digitization process can match these results.  For other film exhibit trial presentation options see Film Exhibits or Court Presentations.

We have many sizes to choose from to meet your budgetary needs.

  • Bring Your Case to Life with Photographic Exhibits

Lawyers bring your case to life with Trial Exhibits that depict the defective sidewalk condition, the client's injuries or the intersection where the accident occurred.  No other demonstrative aid can tell the story behind the accident the way photographs can.  Whether Trial Boards are created from your photos or ours, the visual impact is clear.  If you need professional photographs taken, we can cover it for you.  For more information see Photography.

Custom Photographic Trial Exhibits can be created to depict images individually or combined with others as comparatives.  Text, arrows, highlights or callouts can be added to isolate the key points of your case.

Other Court Presentation options include the creation of a digital trial using trial software such as TrialDirector or PowerPoint.  See also Court Presentations

  • Document Exhibits - Improving Clarity

Trial Exhibits created from your Medical Records, Expert's Reports, Schematics, etc. have several advantages; 1) the records can be marked up by your expert; 2) the exhibits can be referred to over and over again (they don't go away when the projector is turned off); 3) they can be used at deliberations; and 4) they're cost-effective.

Medical Records are notoriously illegible.  Although law firms are equipped to scan these documents for e-mailing, they often don't provide the best reproduction.  When we pick up your documents we don’t just photocopy your originals onto large boards the way chain stores do, we work on the images to improve their clarity (where appropriate) to create more legible Trial Exhibits.  E-mailed images get the same attention as hardcopy printouts.

All work is done in-house assuring confidentiality and safety of your evidence.

  • Support Testimony

We work with your experts to create demonstratives that display the evidence supporting their testimony. Our 30 years of experience exclusively in personal injury cases sets us apart.

We’ve worked on over 20,000 cases during this period covering every scenario imaginable. This gives you the edge you need. Whether you have pathslides, life care plans, PowerPoint presentations or day-in-the-life videos, we have the ability to create or present the evidence.

  • Trial Exhibits For Op Reports

Trial Exhibits that support your experts' testimony, such as Operative Reports, keep your jurys' attention and focused on the facts.

  • Custom Exhibits: Clarify & Enhance

Your data, documents and/or concepts are enhanced and transformed to bring out and clarify key points of the case. Whether you use exhibit boards or electronic presentations, data can be customized, compiled or digitized to suit your needs.

  • Custom Exhibits: Comparisons

Combining original films with colorizations of the injuries and adding a callout creates a non-objectionable exhibit.

  • Custom Exhibits: Key Facts

High impact exhibits will highlight and support the key facts of your case.

  • Custom Exhibits: Magnetic Boards

Take your jury to the accident site.  Use of a scaled aerial image combined with scaled magnetic vehicles creates an interactive demonstrative that can be adjusted according to testimony.

  • Custom Exhibits: Refine Your Data

We polish your data and turn it into jury friendly demonstratives.

  • Custom Exhibits: Scale Models

There's nothing more convincing than bringing in a full-sized scale model of a device or building component.  In this case, the barrier at the scene that caused the accident was recreated proving that the original design was deficient.  In addition, two other full-sized models were created of barriers widely in use at the time, demonstrating that the use of those barriers could have prevented the accident.  (see "Models" for more examples).
